It is created through a Fill Power Process in which the fiberfill is added layer by layer to obtain the advertised weight. The results are a light, comfortable and breathable material that is warm and durable. Unlike other brands that add chemical glues to attain the advertised weight. After washing, materials with the added glues will get stiff, but Synthermax stays soft and fluffy.
