At Barnstaple Equestrian Supplies, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item isn't the right fit, you can return it to us within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Check Eligibility
Ensure items are in their original, clean condition with all tags attached and packaging intact; please note that for safety reasons, riding hats and body protectors are non-returnable.
Complete the Form
Fill out the returns form included in your original parcel, clearly stating whether you require a size exchange or a refund to your original payment method.
Package and Post
Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and send them via a tracked courier service to our Barnstaple warehouse address.
Processing
Once received, our equestrian specialists will inspect the goods and process your refund or dispatch your replacement item within 5-7 working days.
